Do 15-20 minutes of grounding, earthing on the SOIL daily (in park, in the nature, etc) daily. It helps balance the energy of the body after being in a pool of electromagnetic smog.
Neighbors, I know there are neighbors who use Wifi, why even bother turning off yours? It is a hard question to answer. You can try talking to them, educating them as well. You can try to use various protective ways (fabrics, paint for the house, EMF protective devices, etc). Also very important issue to consider - if our neighbors would flood our house, spray us with chemicals, damage our property, we would definitely take action or legal action. But when our neighbors essentially expose us to unnecessary radiation, there is NO law or regulation that protects US! (something to think about)!

We often think - if it is so dangerous, then why people are not dropping dead? well, it is not a lethal technology but these are accumulating damages from non-ionizing radiation
Or another question I often get: “ Why is not everybody getting sick from EMF?”
And the answer to that question is - THEY ARE!
The reason why it is confusing as it is MANY different symptoms! Not 5 typical symptoms that can be called “Wifi syndrome or disease” but a plethora of affects on a human body (or animal body as well).
What I have noticed over the years:
Healthy children may experience frequent tantrums, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, more frequent acute illnesses, esp if they did get a full load of the childhood vaccinations due to the presence of metals and other components in those injections
Healthy adults may experience more anxiety, more worry, sleep issues, getting easily tired, more frequent colds
Adults and children with chronic conditions will see their conditions worsened
Let me give you couple of examples:
I have a relative who is not in the best health. For the past 5 years she has been sitting all day long long (and sleeping in the same room ) with Wifi router. The arthritis significantly worsened, atrial fibrillation started, more issues with nerves, sharp increase in chronic pain, …the life energy got completely sucked up! She cannot walk any longer. Without any doubt, there are other effects, other components but this was the biggest change added to the life style.
A young healthy patient of mine put a WIFI router in his room a few years ago. He works with computers all day long at work as well. Though being very young he is developing some strange symptoms, and a proliferating skin condition. After we talked about how he feels, he started researching and understanding more what he has been experiencing. He himself came to the conclusion that he has developed EMF sickness, EMF sensitivity.
It is interesting that we do not see or hear wifi, cellular, TV antennas, radio frequencies , etc. or otherwise, we would have TURNED them off long time ago
-Cherish your sleep! Create sleeping sanctuary, diminish the EMF (dirty electricity around your bed, do not have any electronics in the sleeping space, no cell phone, nothing connected to the wall, you can turn off the breaker to the bedroom if it is possible, etc) The underneath resources would provide more in-depth information!
Why Wifi is so bad for us?
It has a much much stronger frequency than we are used to as human beings. It vibrates at 2.5 billion vibrations per second while our brain is used to 8 vibration per second (earth vibrations).

Wi-Fi causes oxidative stress, sperm/testicular damage, neuropsychiatric effects including EEG changes, apoptosis, cellular DNA damage, endocrine changes, and calcium overload. I know there are cell towers, 5G towers, satellites above and around us but we HAVE to start within ourselves, our own homes.
It is really not that HARD to turn off this technology!

FM8 brought to my attention important detail by expanding our knowledge about EMF in the house. It is best to use a shielded pure copper cable for internet if you are using the Passthrough Powerline Network Extender AV 2000, Ethernet Ports.
Such as this one (choose the length you need for the house):

The reason for this is the following: "These Devices elevate the ambient background RF noise on the power lines which are already horrific inherently, these devices offer 0 filtering ability to this pollutant"
So best to use more protection.
